Title 24, Part 6: 2019 Residential Introduction
The 2019 update to the Residential Building Energy Efficiency Standards requires new and altered homes to become more efficient. The standards have been adopted, and implemented for projects permitted on or after January 1, 2020 This full day training provides an overview of many of the 2019 changes that affect California raters, builders and officials in the upcoming code.

This is a full day class to focus on the basics of home sealing in California. This is recommended for each Rater, Mechanical Contractor or Building official involved in an Air Sealing Project

The Commercial CalGreen class reviews the Energy Efficiency Measures within the newly released CalGREEN Code.

This class will cover the Title 24 field verification and diagnostic testing of Quality Installation of Insulation (QII), a HERS rater-verified energy feature used in new construction and some remodels and additions.
Full day class covers high-efficiency furnace quality installation practices based on ACCA Standard 5, including applying Manuals J, S, and D in the field, system commissioning, and participation requirements for the SoCalGas High-Efficiency Furnace Quality Installation Program. HVAC contractors interested in participating in the SoCalGas program must attend this class along with the completing the following pre-requisites: Nate Certification or equivalent. Manual J, S, D training. Design software training using either Write-soft or Elite design software.
This class will compare the Retrotec and Energy Conservatory diagnostic equipment used by HERS raters, energy auditors, home performance contractors and HVAC contractors.
